In the mile between Trafalgar Square and Westminster Abbey lies almost everything that runs Britain: the government offices of Whitehall, the prime minister's front door, Parliament and the church where monarchs are crowned.
The route is short and flat, and the puzzles are solved by reading what is carved in stone and cast in bronze along the way.
