The product
A city adventure is digital content delivered in the browser. One purchase gives one team access to one adventure, which can be played once from start to finish. Prices are shown including VAT.
Payment and delivery
Payment is handled by Stripe. The adventure is delivered immediately after payment through a link on screen and by email.
Right of withdrawal
Because the adventure is digital content delivered immediately, you consent at purchase to delivery starting right away and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal then no longer applies.
Problems and refunds
If something does not work – for example a stop that has become inaccessible – contact us and we will find a solution or refund your purchase.
Your responsibility
You take part at your own risk. Follow traffic rules, respect private property and opening hours, and look after each other along the way.
